St. Luke's Palmerton Primary Care

Bethany is amazing! I have been her patient since she started here 6.5 yrs ago... She is very personable and listens to everything you have to say. I am so thankful to have her, without her alot of my health issues would have never been found taken care of, and under control. She is also amazing with children, both my children see her as well (6 and 16). She always makes time for emergency visits even if she can not get you in same day she will atleast try to get you in for a virtual visit. She has truly been a godsend!

Has gone down hill after Dr Donovan left. Couldn't schedule a appointment until 2 months despite me going here for 7 years, meanwhile new building Donovan is in scheduled me in a week. Every 2 weeks I go in for a injection for my medication it's self administered but I've always had it done at Saint Luke's for the past 2 years by nursing staff now that Donovan is not here I can no longer get it done????? It needs to be done by the providing doctor who is over a hour away? This was not a issue for 2 years, now when I need my medication it is? Could have at least given my one last injection and friggin told me good luck your on your own

More than disappointed with visit to Stacey Connell CRNP. Her demeanor was patronizing and condescending. If you are looking for compassionate engagement and a true working partner of your health care team , I would NOT recommend her.

I was seen as a new patient and had an amazing experience. Every single staff member was polite and courteous. I was going to the Urgent Care for awhile because I was searching for a primary care doctor, and the staff on the other side at urgent care are often rude and condescending. I was blown away by the difference in attitudes between the offices that are just across from one another. I HIGHLY recommend this primary care location. I was seen by Dr. Donovan. She is AMAZING! She takes the time to get to know you and listen to your needs and concerns. I am so happy I’ve found a doctor in town again that I feel comfortable seeing. Thank you Dr. Donovan for being so kind.

Dr. Donovan&Karen at the front desk are two of the kindest, sweetest people I've ever met. I've never trusted a Dr. like I trust Dr. Donovan. She's the best & I'm grateful for her being my pcp. Update: pcp is now Dr. Stacey Connell &she's just as caring. As a female that's often neglected, I can't stress what this office's care means to me
