I scheduled an appointment here for the first time; I was a new patient. I made that information clear when I scheduled, as well as the fact that I would be paying the bill out of pocket without insurance. I was told over the phone it would be roughly in the range of $115 for my entire visit. I scheduled my visit, showed up 15 minutes early. After my visit, standard cleaning, the bill was $225. I was told it was due to a “new patient dental exam”. That was a separate charge(over $100), not included with the cleaning. When asked to reschedule the follow up visit, the price given was still well over what I was told on the phone originally($50 difference- higher) for my follow up. Nice staff, friendly, but they didn't work within my insurance even though I have a participating provider. They sent me a bill for over 100$ for a standard 25 minute cleaning. It should be common practice to make sure insurance covers the bill for patrons before doing the work. Edit: Things were mostly resolved, and staff is great so I feel they deserve better, but still think it should be common practice to run insurance for planned appointments/xrays so there aren't any surprise charges

Very friendly staff. I had an emergency and had horrible experiences with past dentists. I called this one, and they got me in right a way. I am so happy to say I have FINALLY found a great dentist. He is the BEST at what he does. I HIGHLY recommend him😁

Extremely nice and understanding staff. Works with you and your insurance to get things done. Limited hours but they go over and above to be available when needed.
