Palmerton Pharmacy

Scripts are never ready!! My last script it wasn't till I got home that I took notice that my script was not filled correctly, it says on the receipt still owe 87 pills. No one had the decency to tell me!! Urgh

They are unpleasant and never know what there doing. they get rid of people who know how to run the place and know what there doing and take care of there customers in a small town they lie say they can't do a discount with insurance when other employees tell you they can and they miscounted my pills i was short and now they don't fill my pills when I need them

What a horrible place, called to discuss having my prescriptions transfer from one pharmacy to another and this older lady gets on the phone and starts arguing with me that they have to call them and that's not how it works the they at palmerton pharmacy has to call my pharmacy and then my other pharmacy would fax over everything that needs to go to the palmerton pharmacy and this lady sitting there arguing with me telling me I don't know what I'm talking about and I'm telling her hey you guys are the ones that told me you were going to call the pharmacy and that when you did they said they'd have to call you back and then when I ask my current pharmacy why they never called them back they said nobody from palmerton pharmacy ever called us and they go because we wouldn't have told them we'

I had script sent in, called to confirm it was there, it was so I ran down to get it. The staff was very pleasant and I received my script quickly.

Staff very friendly, fast, and conscious of who’s fairing & about how long. I really appreciate this especially when they are all so busy with the influx of customers with all the local Rite Aid’s closing. They are doing a great job!
