Love the place and staff but their office should really consider getting the rapid covid, flu tests. That lab send out takes way too long. I stopped going to lvhn urgent care up the street but now I'll be returning due to st lukes not having the rapid test available on site

I went in to the urgent care for an injury from skiing. The staff was friendly and helpful, the care was good, the facility was clean, and the service was quick. HOWEVER, BE ADVISED that you will be charged a "facility fee" that is over and above your normal and expected copay. I later called about it because I have NEVER had to pay more than my standard copay for an urgent care visit. They told me that everyone who visits this urgent care is billed this additional charge. Please be aware of this prior to visiting and you may want to look up the federal No Surprises Act of 2022 that should protect patients from predatory billing. Came into the facility because of a laceration to the L eye. Seen by L.G. eye drops given to help ease the pain. Checked with black light. Asked if I would follow up with Dr. Houser. Saw Dr. H the following day. L.G. from St.Lukes could not have been more spot on with the diagnosis. Very honest with me and helpful. Loved her and would recommend her to others

They are the absolute worst occupational medicine office I have ever gone to. I was told by the woman that saw me that she couldn't make a decision and I had to see the Doctor Jusinski. She knew it was for abuse and a mental injury so she told me to gather all my evidence to go over it with the Doctor. So I went back to see Dr Jusinski with about 100 pages of evidence. Within the first 10 minutes he told me he couldn't help me as it had to be a physical injury and not a mental one. Not only does he not know what he's talking about because I was told by my union you can be on worker's comp for a mental injury caused by the job, I was completely lied to by his staff who told me he needed to see my evidence.
