St. Luke's Nazareth Family Practice

Dr. Gagliardi is the best! He is attentive and knowledgeable. He takes his time to listen to his patients. He explains everything in detail that is easy to understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new family doctor.

Called to schedule a appt and they mentioned getting me in same day. I was told two different addresses to the building which made me show up two minutes to spear. They said sorry we need to reschedule you your late. Mind you I had two minutes to spare still according to their policy in which they do not preach. How does that make you feel as a patient receiving their care. Never again will I make a appt with this practice.

My Birthday: 06/25 -Went unconscious with a series of complex symptoms went to St. Luke's Anderson. Called Nazareth Family Practice after 2 days in the ER to follow up with my family doctor. I was told I was dropped as a patient with no record of notice sent for me to find a new provider. -I've never missed an appointment -Never had an outstanding balance -Never had a compliance issue Explained my situation and the need to be re-established as a new patient while the lady berated me about how I should keep better records. The following day I was back in the hospital for another 5 days. Dr. Martin has done more for me and my family growing up than I can count. I am thankful for the previous 28 years of care and wish him and his family the best. I've established myself with Penn Medicine

I take my daughter to this Dr. Office and it's been nothing but issues. Dr.s not caring about her and the office staff hanging up on phone calls. They've been rude, and not understanding. They do not put their patients first nor do they care about the actual issues you go in for. There was a couple nurses that tried to help more than the doctors. But at this point I'm completely fed up. And I never write reviews. This family practice doesn't care about their patients or family's issues.. some family practice.

Had an appointment was within my 15 minute window and was turned away. Definitely don’t patients first and didn’t care that I was out of medication.
