I had an amazing massage with Sue this past weekend. I was desperately in need of a massage but due to medical issues I was worried about selecting the right therapist. Sue & I discussed everything thoroughly before the massage, she explained what she could do for me, and the type of massage she would provide. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body, knows many methods to help heal the body & I am grateful I selected her as my massage therapist. If you want a traditional Swedish Massage, I would say you could select any therapist. If you have medical issues & have concerns about your body, I would highly recommend Sue! Had a wonderful massage with Larissa. She really loosened up my shoulders well, which is hard to do (she said they were like rocks 😂). I asked for deep pressure and she was able to relax my back. Location is convenient for me and there was plenty of on street parking on a Sat afternoon. Also, I love that they are on the Mind Body app- it makes booking and paying so easy!

I have been coming for a few years and have always loved my experiences here, both with yoga and massage. The staff is all very experienced and knowledgeable. The place itself is always welcoming and clean. I highly recommend soulful journeys!!
