We went for an initial consult for my 14 year old son. The first thing we noticed was a welcome sign just for us. We were greeted by staff and given a complete tour of the facility and met every member of the staff who was there. I honestly didn't know how to react, because no place gives that kind of attention anymore. My son had x-rays done and a full exam and it was determined he would need braces (which we already knew due to a significant under bite). The Doctor explained what needed corrected and what would be corrected and helped with braces then discussed options. Which Deb went over in detail with us as well as giving us a good estimate of what it would cost, based on our insurance, as she was familiar with our insurance. We absolutely LOVE this orthodontist office! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely amazing. They make my daughter feel comfortable and excited to come in, which says a lot for an orthodontist visit! The office is always clean, organized, and runs smoothly, and everyone is so patient and helpful with any questions. One of my favorite parts (as a parent sitting in the waiting room 😄) is their monthly scavenger hunt. It’s honestly the highlight of my visit every time and such a fun touch that makes the experience feel special. We’re so happy we chose them and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist who truly cares! 💛🦷✨

I had a consultation today at the office and I have to say I was immediately impressed! The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. The doctor herself went over everything in great detail so that I could truly understand the treatment plan being presented. The office manager was very kind and also very knowledgeable with information. Truly, a positive experience!!

The team was warm and welcoming, greeting me by name. They gave me a tour of the practice, welcomed me with a gift and card signed by the team, and the doctor and care coordinator really took their time to educate and explain my options with the pros and cons of everything. I really appreciated the time and care they took and all the extra little touches. Many of the reviews note how good this office is for children, and I can definitely see the all the little touches for kids...but the care and attention is definitely there for if you're an adult patient too.

From the moment we walked in the door, we immediately felt welcomed. My 10 yr old was impressed with the welcome sign that had his name on it and was even more impressed with the thank you card at the end of the visit " Mom, they all SIGNED it, too". As a health are provider, I was beyond impressed with this practice. It is kid centered. They have thought of everything from the welcome sign, to the snacks, to the layout. Love the pre visit tooth brushing station. The topped was the foyer containing "forbidden" snacks and candies ---which the kids can partake of when their treatment is completed. The staff were equally polite, respectful, fun, and easy to speak with. Meeting James Bond, the resident " therapy," dog was a real treat too. I wish all outpatient offices, no matter what special
