Northstar Urgent Care

I took my friend here because she is very sick- the doctor, Dr. Manja did not take her vitals or ask any questions, he spoke over us when we tried to explain her symptoms. He only took her vitals after I asked him to. Thank goodness, because we learned she had a fever. He wrote a prescription after not letting either of us finish a sentence & the entire thing felt rushed and not helpful. It’s worth spending extra money to go elsewhere.

Everyone here is so helpful and kind. I called ahead to make sure I could come in for a walk in and they were able to squeeze me in surprisingly quickly first thing in the morning. Due to my current situation I had to pay out of pocket and they didn't make me feel bad about it and the price was very fair. The doctor was nice and gave me a quick checkup, explained what he thought was going on, gave me a script and sent me on my way. If you need a no fuss place that still makes you feel like you're getting quality care this is the place to go.

I have been trying to make an appointment for over a month and nobody answered morning and evening It’s absolutely ridiculous

Visited two other urgent care places before this one, both had over two hour waits. Here, Nora took my info, got me processed. ($75 for urgent care visit), and Dr. Manja saw me within 20 mins. He could clearly see I needed a prescription for antibiotics, wrote it up, and off I went. When you are sick, this is EXACTLY The care you need - professional and fast. Already feeling better so I can enjoy my vacation. Thank you!

I would give them 5 plus star because the staff is amazing over the phone when you call them. When I went there yesterday for the first time all the staff were very welcoming and respectful and they treat you like a family member. Dr. Mania is such a professional and the attention he gives to your needs and also the mannerism is outstanding. I went to many other urgent care places but this one is exceptional.
