I have been going here for years. Recently there’s been a lot of changes and while the drs care seems good at the time good luck dealing with the office. They can’t answer questions. Totally unprofessional. Medications and machines not ordered as discussed. Tried to renew a prescription THEY prescribed and when dr broadt was unavailable office called and said they didn’t feel comfortable with the dosage I didn’t disagree said ok. The lady proceeded to say if I feel I need that they could refer me to a psychiatrist. Excuse me? I just a refill of what YOU prescribed. No one was arguing. Ridiculous to be treated that way.

I never leave reviews, but I am highly disappointed with the office staff at this location. I have been a patient of Dr. Black’s for at least three years. She is a lovely doctor! I have diagnosed PTSD, and she helped me to find a medication that worked for me. Recently, I switched jobs and lost my insurance in the process. I am overdue for my annual visit, and therefore my prescription for this medication can not be refilled until I see a doctor. I had to wait to make an appointment until I got insurance coverage through my new job. Luckily I had a three months supply of my medicine, so I was able to make it through. When I went to make an appointment through MyChart, Dr. Black was booked out way past when my supply was going to run out. But the app says you can pick a different provider a

This practice is very unprofessional to make appointments. My daughter had an appt and we finally went after it being changed at least 4 times (some times at the last minute) by the office, due to the doctor not being in the office (emergency) on vacation, or simply no appointments available. This went on for at least 3 months time, finally today had an appt I really needed to cancel but I kept it bc of the situation, to get there in the middle of the day which messed up my whole day and they asked me if I had added the PCP doctor on my card which no one out of all these appts had ever mentioned I needed to do. So as an end result the dr refused to see my daughter. I am extremely upset at this entire office & will be changing my other two kids from this practice regardless of how much I l

Amazing family practice! Dr. Black takes care of my husband and I, our three girls, and my mom as well. I recommend her all the time! She’s exceptionally kind and compassionate, doesn’t push meds or treatments, and listens like we’re her only patients. We’ve had multiple diagnoses over the years from shingles to anxiety to Celiac disease to ear infections, and she has faithfully treated everything with diligence and promptness.

Doctor's are great! If only you could actually see one. My doctor is Dr. Black-Carpenter. She is on maternity leave.....on my last appointment with her, on her last day, she assured me that if I needed to see a doctor, all I had to do is call. WRONG! I've been denied seeing a doctor twice since her absence. I had made an appointment to see Dr. Broadt for November 2nd. The day I made the appointment, the "front office" phoned to tell me that Dr. Black was returning earlier from her leave and they were scheduling me for the week after my appointment. Seriously! This is the second time I was denied an appointment. I phoned back and "Donna" truly attempted to help me with this situation.
