St. Luke's Clinic - Family Medicine: Caldwell

From the front desk to the Dr., everyone at this office was friendly and helpful. Melissa greeted me with smiling eyes. She let me know that there was a small wait today (which made me respect and appreciate the courtesy of just letting me know). Lisa, the nurse assistant, was kind and listened to all my concerns. Dr. Zeimantz quietly and patiently listened to me, explained things in way that I could understand, and took action based on my concerns. I appreciated that. Thank you all for making this experience a pleasant one.

My recent experience with Dr. Hanley and the Caldwell Family Med clinic was very positive. I thoroughly enjoy Alma, she is delightful and always very professional and great to interact with. Dr. Hanley is awesome overall. He listens and is always engaged and open to discussing concerns or suggestions I may have. He allows and encourages my involvement in my own medical care.

I was greeted quickly and felt very welcome. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Hanley answered all of my questions with confidence and reassurance. I felt very comfortable the duration of my visit. I am happy I found a family medicine clinic that I am comfortable at. Thank you Dr Hanley and all of your friendly staff.

First experience coming here; quick and friendly. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I was literally 1 of 2 people in the waiting room. Was called in even before finishing the typical paperwork. Saw the nurse, had some vitals taken then within 5-7min the doctor came in. Had a friendly thorough visit and had a clear path for future visits.

Visit date: 2/14/22 Front desk staff was friendly & explained what my insurance covers/doesn’t. Nurse assistant was kind, friendly & knowledgeable. However, NP that treated me was rude, made me feel like he didn’t want to be there let alone hear my concerns. For ex. When I tried explaining to him my concerns about my breast milk & that I was still able to lactate but not produce anything less than an ounce he had stated, well what are you trying to ask me? I was surprised to his response. Usually when I explain something of a concern my provider automatically knows exactly what I’m talking about & will help me figure out or explain what I should do or why. All in all it wasn’t a pleasant experience with ziemantz.
