St. Luke's Care Now - Hazleton (Walk-in care) and Occupational Medicine

I have to give one star because I can’t go any lower!!!! I was treated for a back injury on 1/20/2026!!! A huge pallet of frozen food had fallen on me! She sent me back to work!!!! Wait till you see her report!!! On 1/21/2026 the pain was so bad my employer sent me to the emergency room!!!! To see a real doctor!!! I had a follow up appointment on 1/26/2026!! They were closed and I was forced back to work!!! The pain in my back is unbelievable!!!! From 1/26/2026 I have called over 30 times!!! No answer!!! The mail box is full. I went to the operations manager so he could witness the effort I’ve been putting in to get medical attention!!! Finally!!!!! The big boss sent me back to the emergency room!!!! When they saw the lump on my back and my right knee!!! A Kat scan was ordered

If I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely Terrible. Appointment was for 11:30AM. I did not get into a room until 12:30P. Waited in the room til 1:10PM no one came. I had to leave due to another appointment. Do not go there at all!

Made a appointment for Friday Morning. Went in, checked in. I was in and seen within 20 minutes. I can't say enough about the whole staff that was working. They were all totally awesome. The Physician that I was seen by. She explained everything to me. She answered all my questions. I will give this office a perfect 10.

My son had an injury and needed an x-ray! We were in and out in a half hour. So caring and listened to my son! Excellent care and they were able to tell us he was ok!! Highly recommended!

I was seen pretty quick and my prescriptions were ready as soon as I left to pick them up. Very satisfied, everytime I go there.
