We welcomed our grandson into the world at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, and I can honestly say the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the staff was professional, calm, and incredibly supportive. The nurses were attentive without being overwhelming, always explaining what was happening and making sure Mom and baby were comfortable. You can tell they do this every day — but they never treat it like “just another day.” They treated it like our day. The facility itself is top-notch — clean, modern, and extremely well organized. The delivery rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything felt safe and well-coordinated. That peace of mind matters when you’re welcoming a new life into the world. This was one of the most important days of our lives

Nice place, caring staff — Unfortunately, during my discharge, everything fell apart. Beware of Ronia Chackanad , some crocodile-teared, serpent-tongued pharmacist. After a promise of support and a few starter meds to send home with you, a disappearing act with no chance to get in contact. Other staff had no idea about what was planned, and even mention that policy here is that meds are not allowed to be sent home, even if it is just for a few days while you search for your own means and methods to avail of these very important , very, very expensive meds. When I undoubtedly fall deathly ill again within the next week or two, I will most definitely be looking into any other health care facilities in the North Austin area. ~ Stay safe and well ~

I would like to sincerely express my gratitude to the hospital for the exceptional care I received during my delivery. The doctors and nurses demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication throughout my stay. Being far from my family during such an important time was challenging, but the compassionate care and support provided by the medical team made me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I truly felt that I was receiving the best possible treatment. Thank you for your outstanding service and for making my delivery experience positive and reassuring.

I'm in the hospital and unfortunately I'm going to be here about 4 days. I've had a great nursing staff AND the doctors, physicians assistance, nurses, techs and many more have just been absolutely phenomenal. There are three people that that stand a bit above everyone else on my scale of excellence. Danielle Y. When I got into the emergency room, they were absolutely slammed busy. I believe Danielle is a physician's assistant. Now, as busy as she was, when she spoke to me, and asked me questions about my illness, I could tell she was listening to me 100%. She wasn't sidetracked she wasn't impatient, she was right there to help me out and I felt it. Before I left the emergency room to go to my regular room in the hospital, she had some very warm, encouraging words that brought a tear t

I was in antepartum for about a month. The nurses and doctors I saw were all fantastic. The surgical staff and post partum nurses were all great too. My daughter is in the NICU now and being cared for wonderfully by the nurses and doctors. I have nothing but praise for how everything has gone
