Super nice folks. Always efficient and pleasant. They listened to me and provided answers to my questions. Dr Manuel is excellent at his work and enjoys people. I grade pretty hard, I am a nurse. Thank you Maggie and Alison, always a good experience. Great work.

Dr. Manuel is off-the-charts personable, professional, and focused. He makes you feel normal, even when you don't feel that way—and hopeful for a positive outcome. His office staff is genuinely friendly, openly caring, and very professional. In general, the entire staff works as a team to take the anxiety out of an otherwise stressful situation.

Coming from a large town that doesn’t give you a choice in medical facilities or staff we opted to go to Austin, a 4hr drive. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly but the Genuine kind. The Dr LISTENED! He was honest with us and explained why my husband was in the pain he is in and how it could be improved. He was up front and said he could not be 100% pain free but be in tremendously less pain. We will be back and have chosen Dr. Manuel to revise my husband’s year old hip replacement.

Dr Manuel is a caring human and terrific doctor, excellent support staff as well. It is calm here, too. His nurses come in with a sweet smile on their face. He had several options for me to study on including nutrition. He said that I am bone on bone, but I will try to stave surgery off as long as I can. I will be back to Dr Manuel at some point.
