I truly cannot say enough good things about this office. From my very first visit, everyone has been genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Garber and his team took the time to explain their recommendations in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. I had my second appointment today, and even the numbing process was completely painless. After getting started, Dr. Garber determined it would be best not to continue and instead recommended that the oral surgeon complete the work next week during my wisdom teeth removal. His honesty and integrity meant a great deal to me, especially knowing it may not have been the most beneficial decision for the office that day. I just want to say I have never personally been here but today my fiancé went to another dental office and they cancelled his appointment without our knowledge even after sending him a confirmation text and blamed it on me. I called Springfield Family Dental and they could fit him in immediately and the women was so nice and understanding. I’m sure she could tell I was very flustered from having to deal with the other dental office! I 10/10 recommend this place just by talking with her on the phone! ❤️

I was so happy to get an appointment within 2 hours of calling in and never been a patient there. Dr. Ratchford and his assistant were so careful to not cause me any extra pain when examining me. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing and helped me to get on the path to fixing my problem. Everyone in the office was very nice. He will be my dentist for any problems I may have in the future.

Absolutely the kindest dental staff I've ever experienced. Melanie, my son's hygienist was very sweet and in a great mood. She spoke directly to my 13 year son, explaining what she was doing step by step and speaking to him as an equal who could and should actively participate in his own care. The dentist was equally kind and thorough, speaking to my son and I both. He explained things so well without being too technical. I also didn't feel pressured or like I was being conned into unnecessary procedures as seems to be standard these days in a lot of dental practices. I'm glad I gave them a try.

This was the best dentist experience I have ever had, start to finish! As a new patient, their scheduling system online was so easy, they didn’t ask me to fill out onboarding paperwork more than once, and they sent helpful reminders of my upcoming appointment (but it wasn’t obnoxious). At the actual appointment, the front office staff were all kind and helpful, Melanie did my X-rays, cleaning, and measurements and she was SO kind, SO thorough, SO knowledgeable, and walked me through every single thing she was doing, explaining why along the way. The dentist introduced himself by his first name, was so personable, and also took the time to show and explain the work they wanted to do to my teeth and WHY.
