Front desk person extremely rude. Have been giving my fiancée the run around for records to get our daughter seen by a doctor. They will not let you schedule an appointment without the child’s record and only will accept the child if they are sick. The office didn’t reach out after the records authorization was expired. I would not recommend this location for child care due to the unfriendly front office. Received a call from the location today and called in and front desk hung up the phone on my face and stated oh whoever contacted you will call back

On Tuesday May 13th, I scheduled my daughter a sick visit for symptoms of inflamed throat, hoarse, fever, headache, along with a terrible cough. Unfortunately we didn’t see Dr. Bailey as I’d hope instead a Physician Assistant was present. What was told to me is that my daughter had symptoms of strep however her tonsils and glands appeared to be slightly swollen but it was due to a respiratory infection she had. Thinking she called in prescriptions for my daughter she didn’t. I called after lunch and was informed by a front desk rep that an e-script was sent to CVS. When I arrived to CVS the pharmacist stated he didn’t have a prescription for my daughter. I called the on call line and a nice lady named Brittany called to state she would look into my request in the morning, unfortunately thi

This location on first look upon visit is very nice. Nice art on the walls clean lots of sunlight. Friendly nursing staff. But it seemed every single appt they spent more time selling vaccines and shots, than they did on the reason for the visit. My daughter’s one month visit (her second appt)… the PA quickly went through the motions and then spent the second half of the appt trying to sell us a new vaccine. After which she forgot to call in needed medication for my baby daughter. We learned this by going to CVS and they let us know that the office didn’t call in th meds. Because of this we had to wait until the next day to even be able to call and talk to someone to call the meds in because they closed early that day (prior to their posted office hours) and shut off the phone system (

My daughter has been going to Dr. Bailey’s office for nearly 3 years and we love it! We had an appointment just yesterday and the nurse who took care of my daughter was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could remember her name but she had a floral tattoo on the lower part of her arm and long dark curly hair. She was funny, warm, personable, and extremely compassionate. She made my daughter feel very safe and comfortable. Very highly recommend Dr. Bailey Alford and her team!

I just transferred my baby to this office and I have no regrets. From the moment I walked in the door, I immediately felt a warm welcome from the front office staff. They were very helpful and pleasant. The nurse who triaged my baby was really professional and you can tell she lived her job. The provider my baby saw was really knowledgeable and he did not cry one time when we were there. I will recommend this facility to anybody o come across
