Had to see McKenzie due to some allergy/cold type symptoms popping up. Turns out my ears were impacted and causing chaos. She fixed me right up! I can hear again and I feel great. Nice work.

My dad and stepmom had scheduled appointments for blood work on Jan 8 which was scheduled over 2 months ago. Both of my parents were in the system but only one had the blood work scheduled. It took over 1 1/2 hours to get his blood work order in . Unacceptable!

I recently changed my Primary care to McKenzie Rahn, PA in Effingham. Being new to the area and not knowing many providers, I am grateful for the recommendation to Mckenzie. Her nurse Melissa took her time going over my history and making sure I was caught up on all of my cancer screenings. She was professional and very kind. McKenzie also took her time. I didn’t feel rushed when I wanted to talk about my concerns. She even brought to my attention things I hadn’t thought about. I will definitely recommend this office to others looking for a primary care

Went to see Dr. Moore for the first time a couple months ago. He is very straight forward. He sat there and went through my whole medical file and then start discussing things. I was on a lot of medicine from my previous PCP. Dr. Moore let me know I needed to be off some. I feel so much better now. The staff is wonderful. If I call or send a message I get a response right away. Now I recommend him to anyone who needs a PCP.

Mckenzie R. PA is amazing and her nurse Nicole is as well. Great bed side manners and exceptional care.
