I must say, I was very impressed with the staff Specifically with Daniel. She went out of her way to make me feel special. She even called me back to tell me there was a cancellation and asked if I was available. Needless to say I was very impressed with her taking the time to reach out. Now a days it’s refreshing to know that people care to make a difference. All the staff was great and Lisa my Hygienist was great. I even met the office manager. I was very pleased with the team effort in preparing my new Bridge. Adrian and Dr. Gilbert were very precise in their attention to detail. Jean really took her time to make sure that I understood all the payment details. I really appreciated her kindness before my procedure. I was a little nervous and she helped me relax with great conversation. The staff is very courteous and professional. It's very obvious everyone takes much pride in their work. I would highly recommend this professional Family Dental.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Springdale Family Dentistry!! I broke my tooth in my 3rd trimester and my old dentist couldn’t fit me in for weeks. SFD got me in SAME DAY, and fixed my tooth in- I kid you not- under 10 mins. The part that took the longest was me yapping with the amazing ladies at the front desk (which I hope they enjoyed as much as I did). Dawn was an ANGEL and listened to what happened even though I was just a random pregnant person crying on the phone, she went and asked the Dr. to fit me in while I was on hold, and walked me through the paperwork I could fill out ahead of time to make my appointment more efficient. I love coming here! The staff here are the best. They were able to fit in last minute treatment. My hygienist Sue was super kind and friendly! My cleaning was the best experience so far.

My dental hygienist was rushing through the process like she was late for something. She wasnt even explaining anything she was doing. Perhaps find another profession because you're bedside manner needs a lot of work. The ladies at the desk were wonderful when I told them I would like anyone besides her on my next session.
