🙄 headphones...the darn volume needs to be adjusted for anything played. How can you have a clean MRI when stuff if hurting your ears. It's better to say no to having anything played Just say no Definitely don't choose instrumental.... Then my ponytail was in the way making pressure on the back of my head ...and that was hurting That's not something we are going to think of. You guys know these tests better than the patient for the most part If you want clean MRI images.... person needs to be comfortable IN ALL ASPECTS Now I will probably get an unclear diagnosis or have images redone.

TERRIBLE at returning calls. I left messages and no one ever calls back. My child needed to be seen for a follow up treatment and get blood work but they never called me back. Also when the doctor or NP whichever, went on maternity leave they didn’t have any other doctor in place to take over her patients. So my teen couldn’t even schedule a sports physical. Our first visit the staff was nice so I was surprised at the lack of communication and carelessness. Would NOT recommend at all. Thankfully we found a better doctor.

I wanted to try out a new doctors office but I already know I will never go back to this place. I made my daughter an appointment there and we were referred to Dayton children’s by one of the doctors. I was told to call the central scheduling line if I did not receive a call within two weeks to schedule my daughters appointment. I called the number that the doctor gave me directly for two months. I always selected either the call back option or I waited on hold for almost an hour. I don’t have time to wait on hold for an hour and I would never received a call back one time. My husband even spoke to someone on a different option and was told a supervisor would call us back and they never did. One day I had enough and decided to wait on hold a matter how long it took. It was 55 minutes. Only

I’ve been going to this office for 4 years now and nearly every time I have left feeling dissatisfied with their care. Today I visited Ariana Nichelle Herbert, MD with concerns for a possible insect bite that has caused my neck and ear to become numb and to discuss treatments for my anxiety and insomnia, but she completely disregarded my current concerns and instead wasted my time convincing me to try several different antidepressants that have not worked for me. I’m my opinion this doctors office is useless and is only concerned with pushing useless prescriptions and collecting your insurance money.

Dr. Ordway and his team are fantastic. He guided me through some of the toughest medical years of my life and now it’s a genuine pleasure to stop in for my annual check up. I always feel respected and well taken care of here. I have so much gratitude for them.
