Amanda has been very helpful with our pets needs! She went out of her way to help us with a skin irritation issue our cat was dealing with/allergies. Amanda answered my endless questions and gave us reasonable options that were very affordable. She took the time to educate us in the process. I love that they can even ship things directly to us!

Outstanding customer service! My vet called in a prescription to MixLab because I was called out of town on a family emergency. She said they would get the prescription to my temporary address faster than anyone else. True, but the parcel carrier delivered the package to the wrong address and provided photographic proof that they did so. MixLab went into action immediately and sent out another parcel that day. It was such a pleasant surprise after dealing with other companies who pass the buck and go to great lengths to avoid dealing with issues. Highest praise and gratitude to MixLab!
