Dr. Revan is great and the staff at this location were wonderful. Friendly and fast.

Generally decent service. My primary care physician recommended I get tested for something through an allergist. I requested the test but the person at FA&A scheduled me for the wrong one. Not a big deal but then Dr. Revan then chastised me as if I was the one who made the mistake and treated me as if I was making things up. I had no idea what the test was and was only following my doctor's recommendation. Dr. Revan's condescension, lack of professionalism and lack of people skills is very disappointing.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I made an appointment online and got a text that I had to call to confirm my appointment within 48 hours or they would cancel my appointment. So I did just that, I called the same day and got the RUDEST receptionist I've ever spoke to. She said my appointment was confirmed. I get another text today saying since I didn't confirm they canceled my appointment??? I literally called the same day and they still canceled it. Not to mention I was referred here by my primary DR because I've been ill for awhile, they never called me to set up an appointment. I had to reachout and set it up. They are booked out for months. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They really confort the patients. Such a nice staff and the Dr really care.

First appointment was scheduled in Wilmington, OH and not Wilmington Pike. Not being from around here when I said Wilmington Pike location, I didn't realize there was also a Wilmington location. When I arrived and realized I was at the wrong location they rescheduled me for today. Without notice to me they cancelled my appointment the same day I rescheduled it! They offered to reschedule but how would I know that they wouldn't schedule and cancel me again? Also, I have a text that my appointment was scheduled where was the text the appointment was cancelled?
