Kids Express

Waited over an hour past our SCHEDULED appointment. Absolutely no reasonable excuse except for greed! Pack as many people in as the bldg allows, make them wait because their time has no value and only have one NP on staff to keep operating cost to a minimum. Low cost , high profit , no care or acknowledgment for patients time

I’ve been to kids express twice in the past week (with different kiddos) and both times we received the best care! Everyone was very friendly and caring and great with my kids. Definitely would recommend to anyone with kids needing quick care! The wait time was also very short.

They were fantastic. Always so helpful and polite. They really put your mind at ease as a parent. They are knowledgeable and understand how scary some urgent care visits can be for parents. From a first time parent to experienced, they really help you understand what is going on with your child. I admit, I can let my “research” get away from me at times and the staff doesn’t just explain that my worst case scenario is not what is happening. They go as far to explain to me why it isn’t worst case. They are excellent with the kids and keep everything very calm. Always my first choice for a pediatric urgent care.

Visited for the first time today with my two year old and had a wonderful experience. There was no wait time; waiting room and exam room were clean; Receptionist and CNP (Dane) working today were absolutely incredible with my daughter- Very patient, kind, put her at ease, listened, asked great questions and clearly explained diagnosis and course of treatment. So comforting to know such a fantastic option exists should we ever need urgent care again.

Extremely slow. Waited 2 hours to be seen with a toddler was a nightmare and there was only 1 other people in the waiting room when we arrived. I can’t imagine what possible was taking so long.
