This establishment was recommended to me by an aquaintance. I am happy with my treatment. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The doctor was professional, considerate and reassuring. Nice place.

We have been using Springboro Dental Group for 8-10 yrs as a family and we are very happy with the service, responsiveness, and health care provided. Dr Jon Striebel is excellent and listens to all issues/concerns. We highly recommend this Dental group

I'm happy with the work I've had done here, I've had quite a bit. Over the past few years I've had multiple crowns and repairs due to my own neglect and a at least some repair due to issues caused by a different dental practice north of town. Today I'm happy to say my mouth is free of problems and I smile proudly! The staff and Dr Jon were great, always smiling, laughing, comforting, and made the visits easy.

The dentist and hygienists are great, but the front desk staff and those who handle billing are not a good reflection of the business. Multiple issues with combining my husband's dental work with mine. We are under different insurance companies. Referring my son to a specialist and not sending all the information the dentist mentioned, including the referral and x-rays. I had to pay for repeat x-rays. Very frustrating.

I had a horrible experience with Springboro Dental Group. They told me I would be billed a certain amount for a Procedure and it ended up being over 1k more. The receptionist was ridiculously rude. I called and they tried to tell me I only received 2 crowns, when they did 3. This place is a joke! Do not go to this office!
