I have been seeing Dr. Marshall since June of 2025. He's a very nice man, listens carefully and suggests the best plan for your pain. He's very easy to talk to. The office is very clean and sanitary, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I never have to wait mote than 10 min before I'm called back. Parking is limited.

I’ve been a patient under the care of Dr.Tisdall and Dr.Reed for quite some time. It’s been a blessing. As for his entire staff who are on the front lines provide such excellent service and support. One particular staff member would be Melissa. Such phenomenal customer service. Also, I would have to say that Corina and Leigh are both such, such phenomenal employees as well. Reuben Acosta

Care, cleanliness, and compassion….all excellent! Dr Tisdale is excellent also - explains the procedure and is very concerned about you understanding what’s going to be done. The only downside was the extraordinary long wait. My procedure was scheduled for 12 noon. I finally went back at 1:17 pm

The staff here is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to texts and voicemails—which I really appreciate! I’ve noticed longer wait times for procedures lately, with a couple appointments being rescheduled. Either overbooking booking or patient flow efficiency might deserve a review—from check-in to procedure— maybe some adjustments might help streamline things and reduce delays. Overall, Dr. Lee and Dr. Tisdal’s treatments have been over 95% effective for my pain. I highly recommend them and the team—thank you for the great care!

Melissa at the front desk is wonderful! She is warm, welcoming and efficient. I received my knee injections within 30 minutes of the appointment. Only downside is limited parking.
