Dr Alvarado is a good doctor. But the practitioner Salazar i do not care for her she not know how to read a X-Ray or a MRI i went for a second opinion and it was not good. Each time i seen her she was very confused and all she wanted to do was injection that does not work. All ways have a second opinion. Because it seems like if I would have stayed my back would keep getting worse. ( Wiseman Blvd and Toepperwein Rd)

Dr. Alvarado has helped me maintain my life style to the best it could be. I struggled with pain for decades. He helps me by listening to my needs and trying to accommodate me with such care. I would recommend him to my family. Thank you Dr. Alvarado for giving me my life back.

Dr. Alvarado is a very nice Doctor who is very professional and has a good bed side manner. He doesn’t rush you he takes his time and listens to you and what your problem is. He’s very good and I appreciate him because when I moved from Toledo, Ohio I was a retired Police Officer with a back injury which left me in a lot of pain and Dr. Alvarado was the only doctor who would take me and I truly love and appreciate him because if you ever had a back injury you would understand.

Dr. Alvarado is very compassionate and he listens to his patients. I've had several injections done by Dr. Alvarado and everything went smoothly. I had good success from the injections for several months. I have recommended him to friends and family. His NP, Jeff Dickerson is also very compassionate and also listens well. This is an excellent practice for chronic pain management.
