The atmosphere here is exceptional. The doctor is outstanding, taking the time to get to know patients and conduct thorough check-ups while explaining everything clearly. The staff is incredibly friendly, particularly M.A. Rose, who stands out for her kindness. We're thrilled to have found a trustworthy physician for our family and wholeheartedly recommend Sanitas Live Oak.

Rose was amazing at solving a very difficult situation with the Insurance company. Dr. Bing is very detailed and is concerned about getting the correct info from his patients. I was concerned after issues with other clinic chains, but very impressed with how I was handled and the level of service they provide at Sanitas on Pat Booker.

Dr Bing Yee is very good at listening and did not interrupt me at all. He got me the referrals I needed and was patient with me while I had my young children in the room with me. The office girl checking us in was kind and the medical assistants were very nice and did their job well. So why, did I mark this as two stars? Well their scheduling and referral teams are offshore. They are HORRIBLE. After my initial visit, the referral team sent a referral for a hepatologist (liver) instead of a gastroenterologist (colon). I called and called and called for two and a half weeks and NO ONE was fixing it. I have a whole call history of me telling them exactly which Dr and which location it needed to be switched to that was in network with my insurance. At the 3 week mark, I demanded to speak to

Spent 20 minutes waiting on hold, 8 minutes another time. No answer. Just trying to get a new patient appointment. I also work in family medicine and we have never had a patient wait 20 minutes on hold. Maybe you need more staff..
