If my dad fell I would sue. Best believe I would sue these ppl like no ones business with their no communication whatsoever. One day my dad’s leaving one day he’s not ok. Okay bye! Still thinking about suing because he’s not able to stand but his roommate denied everyday when he begged for PT. Then they are sending back home in an ambulance after we asked for therapy and to stay another day for therapy that he received twice in his 2 weeks there.

To the administration of North East Methodist hospital. I'd already left you a bad review last week. Because how dirty my boyfriend's room was. You replied back that you were gonna talk to the administration. But this is a dirty, dirty hospital. I guess I need to go to the media to show how dirty this hospital is. And how it is, so unclean? You replied, "You were going to send to the administration. What did the administration have to say? I noticed that you do reply to every review, and you are always sorry when a reviewer leaves a 1 star, but do you ever really do anything about it. Unfortunately, my boyfriend is still in your hospital. And it is still dirty, do something about it.

My husband had a heart attack and from the minute we arrived at the ER this staff was fantastic! The ER staff was all over him the minute it was “called!” They saved his life! The ICU Staff was fabulous. We were given information including books and work sheets on what to do next. When he was moved to the main hospital theytreated him like family! The staff at this hospital we feel were compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional! They were such a Blessing to us!! Fabulous Hospital!

It was a horrible experience. I got there at around 1:15, checked in, and waited for about 2 hours before triage. Registration came to see me before triage, and she had me filling out paper work and they called me, and I think I heard her say that she would finish my paperwork for me. As I'm sitting waiting for my vitals to be checked, I'm thinking was she going to forge my signature. They sent me back to the waiting area. I'm waiting as I see a lot of people that came after me leave before me. At this point, I'm frustrated. They finally call me back to sit me in a hallway with chairs. I never went into a private room to see a doctor or nurse. The proceeded to tell me my results in front of everyone. Like, what if I had something I didn't want anyone to know. A family member was admitted through the ER. They ordered a biopsy and we were told it was on one thing but when taken down was told a co.pletely different area. The case manager was not helpful. Any questions we asked her response was she didn't do that so basically it wasn't her job. She wouldn't even point us in the right direction to get an answer. We got home and the oxygen that was supposed to be set up wasn't and when I called the case manager for assistance again it wasn't her job. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Luckily I worked many years in many departments in hospitals and know other case managers. I had to call a friend thats a case manager at another hospital to help us get situated following discharge. I can't imagine if I didn't have that knowledge and having
