I have been taking my daughter, who has special needs to Dr. Jeng for the last 16 years. In all these years, she remains unchanged in the care she provides. Always greets us with a smile and a warm welcome. She is professional, yet compassionate, and kind, always seeking to provide my daughter with genuine care. Appointments are always on time, and when caring for my daughter, it's as if no one else is in the building. I don't usually care to complete these ratings, but if it were possible, we would give Dr. Jeng a 10/10. We feel privileged that she is our dermatologist.

I’ve been coming to this dermatology office since I was a kid, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The doctors and staff are always professional, kind, and truly take the time to listen. I’ve always felt comfortable and well cared for here, which is why I’ve continued coming back for so many years. Highly recommend!

We were 10 minutes late, but were checked in an hour late. Doctor did partial exam and said she would do the rest next visit. The next visit, new doctor refused to do the exam and argued instead of providing care. We are disabled and drove a long distance to receive care. Staff is a abrupt, disorganized, rushed, does not listen, and lacks compassionate commitment to provide care. Very disappointing. You will likely receive better service elsewhere.

Just a phenomenally professional and friendly environment. Have been going here for many years and thankful for Dr Jeng and her amazing staff. They have kept my skin in good working order and helped I'd a couple of trouble spots over the years which were caught early and gave me no issues.

I had my regular check up today and Noet Avila was Amazing. She was very friendly, caring and thorough.
