Spencerport Optical

This was our first and last visit. Went in for a quick check up to make sure my wife didn’t have glass stuck in her eye. The eye doctor had gloves on that were clearly dirty. When asked about them, he got offended and didn’t change gloves. With all the ridiculous precautions they take for COVID you’d think they would at least wear clean gloves when touching your eyes. Mandatory hand sanitizer for me, but dirty gloves for my wife’s eyes? It made us both uncomfortable so we won’t be going back.

Such compassionate staff and team of doctors! I detached my retina and they went above and beyond to provide all the necessary treatments and interventions for my eye health!

My first visit. So far I like the doctors. Thorough exam. Frames are pricey.

Such a nice small town feel, very personal.
