Lattimore Physical Therapy of Spencerport

I highly recommend this wonderful group at the Spencerport location. They are very professional and very friendly. The entire staff makes you feel like you are family. Most importantly, they take time to listen to you and work with you as an individual, formulating a plan around your specific needs and abilities and changes in condition while providing realistic encouragement. I went to this group both preoperatively and postop after a total knee replacement. I feel like their attention to my needs at each point along the way made a huge difference how well I recovered. I worked primarily with Darcy and Dave, but they are all really great physical therapists there and their receptionist Megan was kind and accommodating.

I underwent 5 months of PT recently. The therapists are very skilled and professional but what makes this office stand out is the atmosphere. It is so friendly and lighthearted that it's like a social event. But a lot of hard work takes place there too. I was able to make an excellent recovery from an injury.

I had surgery to repair ALL my L. Knee ligaments following a cycling accident. PT here has been extremely helpful so far and I am so grateful to have come to Lattimore. Everyone is friendly from the receptionist to the rest of the team. Darcey, the physical therapist & clinical coordinator here is truly amazing, friendly, knows what she’s doing & is good at it. Typically I am in pain once I start doing therapy exercises but she does not put me to the extremes of pain but pushes me just enough to where I can tolerate & I am seeing progress. I also get the one-on-one that is extremely helpful in these kinds of therapy. I love the variety of exercises that are incorporated in the therapy & I am able to pinpoint which ones work for me effectively with the help of PT. So far all have been grea

All of the staff are extremely friendly, personable and professional!! This is probably the longest I’ve ever gone without back pain! Darcy took the time to explain everything to me which gave me a better understanding to why my back was hurting in the first place. I immediately implemented what she said at home and I am beyond great full!!

Everytime I walk through the door, I’m warmly greeted by Brenden at the front desk. Then my therapist , Steve greets me and makes me feel very welcome. He is amazing - first and foremost he is concerned for my safety, he’s knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly kind. I am very pleased with my experience at this facility.
