100% !!! Everyone is competent and pleasant. They facilitated repair of my hearing aid damage very quickly. (oops, I showered in them).

My recent experience here was amazing! Melissa made check-in pleasant, friendly and easy! Suzie made me feel very comfortable, and answered all my questions. Everyone here is an angel, and it was a very nice experience!

I've been going to Spencer Audiology clinic ever since I got my first hearing aids two years ago. The service has been excellent over the two years, and they've helped me rectify all issues related to adaptation, which is a process I feel I've successfully negotiated with their help. I feel very much supported, and I can stop by anytime to have them dried by their professional machine, which I appreciate. I plan to stay with them when I get my next pair.

The staff are knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. As an example my mom has dementia. We arrived early and she was confused and became panicked. The receptionist seeing her asked if she could help. She asked the audiologist if we could get in early. The Audiologist was able to assist her earlier and worked with care to ensure she felt safe. I feel fortunate that Spencer Audiology serve’s Whatcom County and highly recommend them.

Dr. Emily Hammond and all the staff at Spencer Audiology are professional and accurate with their ability to evaluate and diagnose hearing loss. Then their customized hearing aides were adjusted using computer technology to help my husband’s hearing. What is incredible is how the hearing aides work in a restaurant! He has the ability to hear his friends at the table with reduction of background sounds/conversations. Thank you!
