Awesome service. Very friendly staff everyone made me feel like I mattered I didn't feel I was rushed the Dr. took her time to listen to me concerns and answer my questions. My glasses were ready in a week. Thanks to the entire staff

Eric and Joe Martinez were great fast super nice and quick to help us with the express glasses services this is the place to go in eagle pass dont waste time going anywhere else keep up the good work guys !!

The staff were friendly as was Dr. Hereidia. However, they never called in my father's Rx even after several calls. We have been waiting 3 days and it's Saturday and they are closed. My father will continue with main and no vision until Monday for a total of 5 days. Very, very bad office follow up. Had I known they were going to take so long, I would have asked for a paper Rx.

Wait was kind of long..about 1 hour for an eye exam. The people there were friendly and really helped me decide what glasses to buy and what options I had. Im taking a star off because of the wait time to get my glasses. As it stands now, i've been waiting for a week now and still nothing. Other places dont make you wait nearly as long. If you dont mind waiting a week or longer for your glasses, then this is a great place to go.
