I went to this location for my first time yesterday to get new frames after my eye glasses got damaged. As soon as I got in, I was warmly welcomed and had someone available right away to assist me. I selected some very fancy and expensive frames, but I was very cheap asking for all kind of discounts, as well as Military discount because I’m currently on mission in this town with the Texas Army NG. All the ladies in the store were not frustrated by me being so insistent. In contrary, they were available to answer all my questions, kept a genuine smile, and actively worked to get me the best price. We ended up with a price after almost 40% discount 😲. Excellent Service. wheelchair accessible. Professional courteous staff. Shout out to Emily Daniel helped my mother get her glasses and understand the services she was getting. She also made accommodations with changing her appointment to a later date. Dr. Heredia is very passionate, professional and courteous !! If you are looking for great staff, and professional services at a personal level this is the place.

I love going to this Eyecare clinic. They are very polite and patient especially with my elem kids. I would highly recommend for your little ones. I want to thank Tanya for helping me everytime I go. She is just amazing!!

Dr Heredia needs to train her staff @the optical. Rude lady there is unable to offer to adjust lenses or review prescription of lenses... Frame and lenses are part of how we look and see. I'm sure she could be pleasant not just trow you the lenses on the table n tellyou you will adjust!!! If I fallen who's liable?

Scheduling was super smooth for all 4 of my kids. The day of the appointment was super easy check in and we were seen right away. Staff was super patient with all 4 of my kids and They explained everything thoroughly. Thank you 😊
