H-E-B Pharmacy

This location is the worst of all HEB locations in Texas. They never answer the phone for me or another pharmacy; regardless of the time of day. The line for service at the store is always 5-10 people long. The inventory of available prescriptions is usually out of stock meaning it takes 2-3 days to fill a prescription. Get your pprescription filled somewhere else if all possible.

This pharmacy sucks, my daughter has cancer and every single month I have to struggle to get her medication it is so ridiculous. How could these people live with themselves knowing that there's people out here already suffering with life threatening diseases and on top of that you have to deal with an incompetent pharmacy and their employees!!HEB management please take care of you pharmacy

I been calling since 10:30 my son is out of his medicine I can't do an auto refill it's requiring me to talk to the pharmacist and no answer it's been over an hour

Takes way too long for them to answer the phone. There should be at least 2 or 3 dedicated persons to deal with phone orders and customer/ support.

Pharmacy is not taking calls! I have tried to get through for a couple of hours as a favor for a friend. My friend, who is very ill, has been trying to speak with HEB's pharmacist to see if they can give her the meds sooner. My friend is sick and stressed over her situation. I am recommending she start having her doctor send prescriptions to Walgreens or Walmart instead.
