Great staff very professional Mrs. Santana is a great health care provider always tells you the truth. To me that's what you want out of a Dr. I have been to other health care providers and they always seem like they care more about money than the actual patients. Not at this place THANK YOU for being my health care providers for these past years.

They suck and never answer the phones, or know how to treat patients, all they do is recommend medications

So happy a coworker recommended Santana Family Care. I was in and out in about an hour. I will be making SFC my primary care provider. Prescription medication was quickly sent over to the pharmacy. I don’t have any complaints, front desk staff was courteous and respectful. I’ve been turned down by a couple of offices for “not accepting new patients on Fridays” or “not accepting walk ins today” so I was very relieved to find NPC Santana.

This is the best place in Eagle Pass. The wait is less than an hour but the best thing is the service. The ladies are so professional and make you feel at home always.

I would recommend this place to anyone. I recently moves to eagle pass and have been looking for a dr and I'm glad I found this one. The front desk staff was very nice and professional I was able to get an appointment within a couple of says. Dr santana took all my concerns seriously and got me the care I needed. I was there for about an hour but that's with 1st time paperwork and discharge paper work as well.
