If I could give Dr. Kartes ten stars, I would. She’s that rare kind of pediatrician who’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely cares. She never rushes us, listens to every concern (even the tiny ones only a worried parent would notice), and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. My kids adore her, which says a lot, because doctor visits can be a battle if your kids don't want to go. She's inspired one of my kids to be a doctor when she's older! She makes them smile, remembers little details about their lives, and always treats them like people, not just patients. Every appointment feels like talking to someone who’s truly on your side. Current and Potential Patients Beware: unprofessional and poor billing staff will screw you over. I would strongly caution anyone from considering Southwest as their pediatric provider. They have good doctors, but their administrative and billing staff are horrendous. They are inept and dishonest. If you value transparency and ethical billing practices, look elsewhere. We received care for our son there for over 2 years and would have continued throughout his childhood and adolescence, but will no longer be able to because they refuse to provide services unless we pay full price upfront. This despite the fact that we are members of an insurance plan with which they are in-network. They can, and did, bill out insurance. I love Dr. Joshua Maxwell's care. He's a doctor who calmly explains your baby's condition in detail, and he's always patient with children. He also speaks Spanish.

Brought my daughter here for the first time and Dr.Montez was so very helpful. The clinic itself was great. from the check-in with the front desk, to the lovely nurse prepping my baby before the Doc came in. 5 stars all around.

We have been seeing Molly Montes for close to 10 years now. Even though I could have better insurance coverage elsewhere, the office is worth every penny and she is the best pediatrician I could have asked for. She listens to everything we have to say and always has a resource, and a backup resource. She's very respectful, and talks directly to my children and even asks them I'd they'd be more comfortable speaking to her without me in the room. My kids love her, and this office and I am so glad we ended up with her! I'd recommend her, and this office over and over again.
