Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The phone service is terrible. Every time I call, I am placed on hold for 7 to 8 minutes and no one ever picks up. This happens constantly, not just once. The customer service is horrible. There is no follow-up, no support, and no real interest in helping patients. It is extremely frustrating to try to reach them and get no response. If you value good customer service, I do not recommend this place. Hang in there if you decide to deal with them — you’ll need a lot of patience.

Great clinic, Dr. Anthony is great, professional and understanding so far so good! I have not had any issues with any of the doctors here or the front desk or any of Miss scheduling. I get a call Or text when it’s my next appointment approximately 1 week ahead which I think that’s great so I can plan ahead of time for my PTO.

Dr. Infante is exceptional! Her expertise, compassion, and bedside manner are top-notch. She listened attentively, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking outstanding medical care. Five stars isn't enough - she deserves ten!

This clinic has seriously declined since its opening. The front desk staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. Moreover, they frequently ignore phone calls, and when they do pick up, they keep you on hold for over 20 minutes before abruptly hanging up!

Tony the PA here is amazing and has the best personality of any medical provider I’ve ever met. He was thorough and spent time going over everything. The office is easy to get in touch with and scheduling is easy. The other staff are also very friendly and I think would highly recommend this clinic.
