I had a great experience with my son- initial visit was very quick as we already had a prescription from another eye doctor. They recommended frames for my son and a few days later we picked them up. Perfect! No complaints.

My eye exam was thorough and never rushed—my doctor took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. The staff also helped me pick out the perfect frames and made the process smooth and enjoyable. I went to this optical clinic for an eye exam. The first day everything was perfect. The doctor apparently forgot to give me my prescription, and I also forgot to ask for it at the end of the appointment. Then she told me, “Here’s my business card, you can call me if you need anything.” Almost a month later, my glasses broke, so I called the clinic to see if they could send me my prescription. The girl at the front desk said she would send it after 2 p.m. because the doctor had to do it, and at that moment she was on her lunch break. About two hours later, I called again, and she said the doctor was very busy. I understood and said I would call again the next day to see what happened. I had recently booked an appointment to see if I could get more contact lenses and see what other services they offer. I have never been to this location before. The prices for frames for one are ridiculously pricey. Plus it took forever for my contacts to arrive. I won’t be returning here.

Dr. Luisa was amazing! Very friendly, down to earth, honest, and made me feel at home. I also had to bring my toddler with me and the whole office was very welcoming to him as well. They played Christian music and the atmosphere was very peaceful. It was also so easy to schedule the appointment. The receptionist messaged me back online within minutes, and scheduled my appointment two days out. The man who does the glasses was also so kind and very helpful with the process, as I had never had glasses before. Overall, very impressed and would recommend!
