As a Ave resident it’s very frustrating that it’s easier to get scripts in town faster. There’s always a line the techs are very slow. Calling the pharmacy is worse I’ve been on hold for over 30mins several times. The app doesn’t work for payment for easy pick up… it’s challenging to do Se this pharmacy
Wow! This Publix Pharmacy is such a disappointment. I recently moved from Weston, FL in Broward and I was used to such good customer service at that Publix Pharmacy. Prescriptions got filled quickly, no discrepancies as far as co pays, short line waits. In person customer service was a delight, in fact I knew both of the Pharmacist by their first name. This Publix is an entire different experience, just complete opposite. The employees look pretty miserable as well. Zero smiles at this Pharmacy! They are probably overwhelmed with the amount of work. Who knows. Time to look for a new Pharmacy, even if I have to driver further. I take my business where is appreciate it.
My girlfriend burned her hand real bad on a hot pan, so after resting it in water and taking Advil we went into this publix pharmacy and the people were so helpful. Very knowledgeable, joked around with us and made us feel like all will be okay. Incredible staff, directed us to the products we should buy but more importantly the products we shouldn’t buy. Actually one of the best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with anyone in the health sector, normally they’re not very helpful and don’t seem to care but this was a 10/10 experience.
If you wish to refill your prescriptions you are better off going to the pharmacy as they do not answer their phones
They are the sweetest most caring group of people I have ever met! I'll NEVER go anywhere but here!
