Staff is really wonderful.My sister and I went there take our dog Leo after reading the reviews.We ended liking the place more than what we imagine.The rooms has seats to seat on,so you can bring an extra person or persons.If your new to the place you have get a doctor's consultation. In where the vet tells you what your pet needs in a caring matter.You pay $55 for that and what you came for. But your pet becomes a member for a year. So you won't have to pay the $55 agian done they will know what your pet needs.What I really liked was how they did the invoice electronically.

The doctors are great, just beware of "cancellation charges". We called in the morning to see when could we bring our dog, they told us, sure bring him at 3:20 pm. Since it was a "last minute appointment" I was trying to make it work (our dog needed it) but around noon I found out that I was not gonna be able to make it, so I called them to cancel. First call they put me on hold for some time until they hung up, so I called again, this time I explained the situation and they told me, sure no problem we'll charge you the last minute cancellation fee ($50) What? I'm calling more than three hours before an appointment that I almost just made and they want to take my money for free. Sure, take my money, for the last time, they are not the only clinic around. To lose a long time customer for 50

A terrific clinic with amazing Docs and staff. A blessing for Ave Maria and beyond. Helped treat my Aussie Shepherd Keeli with cancer; from which she is now in complete remission! I strongly recommend these exceptional professionals.

I had to take our dog and cat to see Dr. Fox and Dr. Martellini. Dr. Fox had to do oral surgery on our dog Cookie. The surgery went really well and Dr. Fox did a great job!! Cookie is like our little baby. Dr. Fox explained how the surgery went and was very nice and patient with us. Dr. Martellini had to look at our cat she had an ear infection and he helped us out with that as well. He did a great job explaining everything!! He was very nice as well. The staff was very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable!! Thank you everyone at Faithful Friends Animal Hospital!!
