I had a wonderful experience getting a root canal with Dr Thomas! He explained how the procedure would be done by - what I can only describe- senses. He explained the procedure by referring to feel; hear, touch, taste; smell.which made me feel at ease as an anxious patient. Dr. Thomas was so empathetic during the numbing shot and I asked him if he ever similar procedure. Although he answered no, Dr Thomas explained that during Dental School he would volunteer for novocains, etc so he knew how some procedures felt. If I ever need another root canal, I would go to Southern Maine Endo! ( shout out to the staff as well!)

I was incredibly nervous for my root canal. Like, I was violently shaking I was so nervous. But Dr. Cote was so patient with me and kind. She answered all my questions and continually checked in throughout the procedure to make sure that I was comfortable. When I tell you there was zero pain, I mean ZERO. And I apparently had a really gnarly infection according to the x-rays. Every filling I've had was more uncomfortable than this root canal. She let me listen to music on my headphones during the procedure to help calm my nerves and was very accommodating. And considering the insanely good quality of care, the price was not bad at all. Everyone there was incredibly kind, not just Dr. Cote. The receptionist was very nice, and even just the atmosphere in the building helped to put my mind at
