Friendly (and helpful!) front desk staff, wonderfully attentive hygienists, and a dentist who is also not a salesman. I've been bringing my family here for a long time, and see no reason to ever move away.

Best Dental office in the state of Maine! DR. Garamore couldn’t have passed the torch to a better Doctor. Doctor Burke and his whole staff are extremely kind, caring, and treat their patients like family. They all do great work, are patient, and very professional. They are an amazing group of humans at All Smiles Dental!

Dr. Burke and his staff were very kind and accommodating. Despite the fact that this was my first visit, they were able to see me very quickly as I had lost a filling and my tooth was basically cracked in half. Dr. Burke’s bedside manner and that of his assistants were very comforting. I’ve always had anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but I felt completely at ease the entire time. They were personable and professional. The entire procedure took less than an hour and the end result looks and feels great. As someone with no dental insurance, I‘m happy to say it was affordable as well. In my opinion, Dr. Burke and his staff actually care about their patients. I’m glad I found them.

I never felt truly cared for at a dentist office until I came to All Smiles. From the moment I walked in the first time with an emergency abscess tooth, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Burke and his whole team are truly wonderful people. So kind, caring, and always positive. Everyone is so knowledgeable and I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for me, and continue to do! If you need an incredible dentist, this is the place to go! Thank you All smiles!!

So happy that a friend recommended this office to me! Had a dental emergency over a year ago and had trouble getting an immediate appointment with anyone, All Smiles Dental took me in as soon as they could. Dr. Garamore treated me and still does - I have never been more satisfied with a dentist and with the amazing crew he has working with him. Every person I've met there has been extraordinary, and specifically Ginger, Rachel and Samara are true professionals that do excellent work with positive attitudes - oh, and of course the one-liner herself Casey!! As long as I live anywhere near this area All Smiles will be my dentist, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office to anyone!
