The they are one of the worst pharmacy’s I have dealt with the delivery is inconsistent they are closed on weekends unpredictable they have gone downhill the customer service Genoa is owned currently by united health group lots of class action lawsuits against them Genoa never informed me of drug interactions between zofran and visteral I researched both can cause heart problems pharmacy are supposed to inform patients of drug interactions legally Genoa failed by never mentioning that is highly irresponsible that can win lawsuits against them Genoa mailed me one of my medication I currently live in a group home that’s really irresponsible of them with the fact that medication bottles all are kept in the office

Prescriptions not filled correctly multiple times.

Great pharmacy. Wonderful people to deal with. Very helpful very knowledgeable. And they even deliver both by mail, and locally by vehicle.

So extremely kind and understanding!! Amazing staff!!
