I feel so grateful to have Josh Tardiff, Physical Therapist and owner of Biddeford Physical Therapy, as a member of my healthcare team. I have worked with Josh pre-operatively and now post-operatively following a spinal surgery. Josh has been an amazing support throughout this process - he explains things in a way that I can understand them, he is a great communicator with me and other members of my healthcare team (surgeon, PCP, etc.), and in addition to his knowledge and skills, he is also kind and supportive. He has encouraged me to "listen" to what my body is telling me and to not push myself through pain, but to let the pain guide me in identifying movements and areas in need of additional strengthening. I have had two injuries that required therapy, and not only did he give me all of the tools I needed to bounce back to full strength and mobility. But he coached me through the process of getting my life back. NO MORE BACK PAIN and my ankle is speeding back to 100%. I’m running and jumping with my kids like I’m in my teens again. Can’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommend this physical Therapy practice . My husband and I have been going for two summers great results . They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It is easy to schedule and they handle all the reimbursement with insurance. Even when there is a flare up of nerve pain Andrew works his magic to reduce the pain ! Cannot recommend enough!
