Dr M MENDALIS and staff has been so wonderful to me. He. He did a tremendous job on my surgery. I already have improvement on my arm and hand strength still working on my fingers I couldn’t ask for so much as such a short time I feel great. It’s nice to be home. The hospital was wonderful also that he had picked the staff and nurses were wonderful.

I have seen three different doctors at SCOI and always felt very comfortable with each one. I do know a couple of people in the physical therapy industry and they have a very high opinion of the doctors I have seen. For the most part I have had a very positive experience when making my appointments and positive experiences with the receptionist there.

We single person that helped me through the entire process, from being checked in, to being prepped for surgery, to post-op and of course Dr. Castaneda and the anesthesiologist, were incredible. All were kind, thoughtful and skilled. Thank you all for such great care.

Dr. Mendelis is great. He and his staff are friendly and prompt. The doctor listens and you never feel rushed. Great spine surgeon.

Hello. I’m writing to express my frustration with the poor customer service I recently experienced with the “check in counter” MRI team. I had hoped for a smooth and respectful interaction, but unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable. Despite my efforts to explain the situation clearly and patiently, I received vague answers and no meaningful resolution. I was told my cash offer. I was then told I would have to cancel my appointment. That was not going to happened. I simply requested they (Jayne) call my insurance and get the correct authorization for payment. Jayne refused to do so and kept on repeating, “you will have to cancel your appointment and reschedule it and call my insurance myself”.
