I always have such a great experience with the ortho team especially Ashley, Stephanie, Melissa. Truly a pleasure to have them work on me. 5 stars all around.

Staff is great, especially Ashley! She helped me a lot and was so friendly, also gave me advice on dental school!

From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was so friendly, and on time. Then meeting with the CDA, RDA, Jenn, she brings such a comforting atmosphere and walks you through every step she's doing and explaining why. Her patience with my questions and support is something that is hard to find, and I could not rave about her kindness more. As for Danielle the office manager, she truly has been wonderful to work with to get my appointment on the books and so inviting upon arrival. Dr G. was also incredibly patient with explaining everything, and breaking down the process of what's ahead while simultaneously showing my xrays and pictures on the big screen. This place is absolutely incredible. The entire staff is not only very knowledgeable but they are great with kids. Two of my kids have gone here for various reasons including my youngest. To say she was nervous is an understatement but the staff does a great job at calming down the kids that come through here and making the procedures seem and feel so much easier. Additionally they have a rewards program for the kids to motivate them to do well with the bigger procedures They also are great at dealing with the insurance companies as I have had no issues with mine. All around great place great people.

Southeast orthodontics is definitely the best place to go. They keep it very professional there but also everybody is super friendly. Having braces is one of the least fun experiences to have as a teenager or child and the staff there make the whole experience a whole lot more tolerable. They do absolutely amazing work. The company as a whole is absolutely amazing.
