South Texas Urgent Care Center

People are so rude and not professional at all. They don’t even bother welcoming you into the urgent care. You think by scheduling an appointment you wouldn’t have to wait long. I came at 3:00 for my appointment and left by 5:30 Definitely don’t recommend to anyone ever.

My family all had a cough, but I only took one of my kids in to not overwhelm the staff and see what would be needed for treatment. I asked about bringing the other children in but the nurse practitioner rudely said I couldn’t because they were closed. I didn’t look at the time, but by the time I went and paid the bill and walked to my vehicle it was still 1 minute before closing. They weren’t really closed, just ready to go home. Was just disappointed in the lack of care.

Lady at the front was straight up RUDE. Not helpful whatsoever. my husband came in because he was dehydrated & they turned us away because they did not cover his insurance. i thought it was called URGENT care..? told us to find a hospital somewhere else.

This place is wonderful. Was sick with sinus infection and hunting near by. Came in not feeling good at all. Lady at front very nice and th PA is awesome. Nurses are nice. If your sick out of town they can make you feel better. Wait was not bad hour and half from walking in to seeing PA and walking out. Go here if you get sick and need urgent care.

Brought my mom here and was nervous because of some of the reviews. Everyone including the lady at front desk was excellent. The sweet lady that we saw listened to our concerns and came up with a treatment that helped my mom feel 100% better. I also appreciate the follow up call to check on her. Will definitely go back here if there is another need to do so in the future.
