I have been taking my cats to SWTVMC for years! Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. Their doctors and techs are extremely knowledgeable and they provide the utmost care for our 3 fur babies, Gomez, Sofia, and Panther. They are honest and upfront with billing so there are never any surprises. Their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of care that you receive. My mom brought her dog in for grooming, but she ended up with a bill of over $200, and the dog was not even groomed. Her dog was kept in the office for more than four hours and was only given the required vaccines needed for grooming, as well as an eye exam and a wellness check. This appointment was not for those services, and while we agreed to the vaccines so her dog could be groomed, we did not agree to additional charges for exams and wellness checks. The staff claimed she verbally agreed to everything, which is not accurate.
