Walgreens Pharmacy

I had to give at least 1 star, or I wouldn’t have been able to make a review. But the pharmacy at Walgreens deserves ZERO STARS. Walgreens pharmacy in Uvalde is horrible. Customer service in the pharmacy is awful, I called regarding my medication prescription. A lady named Marcy answered the phone, needless to say it sounds like she hates her job. I was told by my doctors office to call and get help with pricing for my medication, I was told their office partnered with Walgreens, and she told me very rude and loud “WE DON’T PRICE MATCH! WHATS THE NAME OF YOUR MEDICATION?!” Yeah never mind I’ll continue paying full price through HEB across the street. At least there my questions aren't answered with such nasty tones. Can you imagine the elderly people who call and need help.. how they must

We love our Walgreens!!!! Marcia is a delight , she handles EVERYTHING with ease , and a smile! Our pharmacist Christian , always asking if we need consult , or have any issues. We are fortunate to have them!!!

The scam is to get you to pay cash for meds, tell you insurance didn't go through. Then when you leave, they charge your insurance and keep your cash.

This place has gone downhill for the last 3 years and gradually getting worse. Closing on weekends is not helping the public! Our family is moving to another local pharmacy. I only give it 2 stars because it used to reliable.

Left the doctors office at 5 and they filled my sons prescription before closing at 6
