Staff is cool and friendly but they never sent my prescription even after calling and they said they would re send it they still didn’t. Since they don’t open until Monday I now have to go the weekend with antibiotics. Update I called Monday and apparently they decided without communicating to me that I do not need them. Definitely a jarring experience.

Edited 14 July 2025: Came back to this clinic for another health issue (it's not life-threatening, it's a rash that's getting worse but why god why😭) but at least I know I can have access to a great medical team here. I had to get a shot, which - I am usually really nervous about needles - but the nurse asked if I wanted to have family in the room first, and also she did it so quickly that I didn't have time to panic, which was great. Found STFM on Google because I needed to have a quick diagnosis on a skin issue I was very worried about and couldn't wait to see my primary care. Their PA Kyle was very helpful and I got the diagnosis that out my mind at ease. The treatment took care of it very quickly. Upon our conversation I found out he's knowledgeable of a autoimmune disease I deal with so I will be going to him going forward for my care. The staff was very kind when I first called, checked with Kyle to see if he knew of the skin issue I suspected, and he did, so I came in that day. I highly recommend this medical group.

If you want prompt, diligent, and great care then this is the place to go! Kyle and his team were always on top of everything for my family and me. The facility is also clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!
