Absolutely do not use or allow your dermatologist to use this service. Horrible customer service!
Just sent me a bill and I dont even live anywhere near them...
Their standard operating procedure is to send you a bill & if you don't pay immediately, even though there may be a dispute on the bill or processing with insurance still ongoing to send it to a debt collection agency, which had a major medical breach that gave up everyone's records... don't ever use his outfit! Highly unethical and legally irresponsible & terrible customer service!
same thing they just got a bill from collections from 2023...never seen a bill till now
